We have reports on two major events held in the US this year. One is the major cloud computing event Dreamforce of San Francisco and for the latest developments in integration there was Pervasive's conference, IntegratioNEXT, held in Austin, Texas. Both of these conferences were attended by ABSI staff who went to learn about new features and functionality. We have reports on each event and hope to pass on this knowledge to benefit you our customers. 

  We had an excellent turn-out to our Google Apps seminar of December 3rd. The costs and issues with on-premise e-mail servers were highlighted as were the massive cost saving that can be made via Google mail solution - over 70%! Yet security, reliability and user experience are improved. It is hardly surprising then that enterprise customers of all sizes are moving to GoogleApps for their messaging and collaboration.

A live demo was given of Google mail, Google Talk and Google Docs.
