Michel Vervoort, General Manager 

Michel Vervoort has a background in telecommunications and in value added network services . After a number of years with Belgacom,the Belgian telco incumbent operator where he has had several positions in the Data Transmission Department , he joined Interpac Belgium in 1990 as General Manager. Interpac Belgium had been set up , in that time, as the first subsidiary of Belgacom to sell and operate Infonet Value Added Network services in Belgium . Michel managed to grow the company from 4 to 35 employees from 1990 to 2007 and made it a profitable company all along this period. Interpac has been serving large Belgian multinational companies with global networking solutions, connecting subsidiaries and partners with the HQ data centers, for all kinds of telecom services incl.data , voice , video , messaging , internet … Furthermore Interpac Belgium became an Internet Service provider on the local market in 1995. Later on the company became a full subsidiary of Infonet Corp. , a VAN provider present in over 65 countries , and was renamed Infonet Belgium .

Michel joined ABSI as General Manager in early 2008.

Michel is a "civil engineer", graduated from the " Faculté Polytechnique de Mons ", with additional education in Management .

 Dany De Vleeschhauwer, Founder, Director. 

Dany De Vleeschhauwer founded ABSI and grew the company to its current size and market position. Dany acts as Chief technologist and oversees in this function all the product and technology choices of ABSI. Dany is in charge of the server infrastructure, security and managed services activities. Dany has a very deep product and technical know-how allowing him to sell and design servers solution that fits the customer requirements and budgets. His natural feeling for IT infrastructures, big and small, makes him an appreciated consultant in IT designs. He covers the full spectrum of activities from pre-sales to post-sales. Commitment, drive and loyalty are his greatest assets.

Before ABSI, Dany worked as product manager at AB Computers for several years, where he worked with Apple add-ons and helped introducing products like Sun, Check Point and Ethershare in the Belgium market. Dany graduated from the University of Antwerp and holds a master degree in science - biology. He also followed master courses at the University of Ghent in Criminology to broaden his views.

 Isabelle Dufour, Human Resources Manager.

Isabelle joined absi more than 10 years ago.

Isabelle is in charge of the most important resource at ABSI, the people. She covers with natural enthusiasm the full spectrum of HR related activities such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, social legislation, careers planning, people motivation and evaluation, training and certification etc.

Isabelle is also in charge of all aspects of ABSI back office and administrative tasks. Isabelle is known in the company as the number one problem solver .

Isabelle obtained a master in psychology at the KU Leuven in 1998 and worked a short period in the Belgian federal parliament before joining ABSI.

Léon Campéas, Financial Officer, Director. 

Léon joined ABSI’s team 7 years ago, with more than 15 years experience in finance. Léon has a wide experience of management in IT companies being in charge of the Accountancy and Finance. Léon has responsibilty for the whole ofaccounting with quarterly closing process and reporting, taxes, cash flow forecasting, credit control and statutory accounts in collaboration with our auditor. Léon has also responsibilty along with the management team for the elaboration of the yearly budget and quarterly budget control.

In 1988, Léon co-founded and managed, as a CFO, for 15 years an IT business from seed to IPO on the EuroNext Market (on the Brussels Stock Exchange) with the company LinkSoftware, a groupware software editor and vendor. Léon's main activities during this period were: Fund raising, hiring and procurement procedures, analysis and reports for the board of directors as well for the public shareholders and a UK venture capitalist. He started this company from scratch... with a lot of stress, success and failures but it was a great human experience.

Léon graduated from the business school ICHEC in 1986 and was in the army during one year just after his studies.

Doubi Ajami, Founder, President of the Board 

Doubi Ajami is one the founders of ABSI. Back in 1995 Doubi started ABSI with Dany De Vleesshauwer and Abir Vlodaver. Since the company creation Doubi is heavily involved in the company strategy. Up until may 2008, Doubi's role within ABSI was limited to the legal and structural/financial aspects. Since then Doubi is also active in the company marketing and market positioning and in strengthening the software development activities within ABSI (CRM , SAAS, CMS, data integration).

Up until 2005, Doubi was for more than 21 years full time Director of AB Computers. AB Computers was a value added distributor of sophisticated IT products and technologies.

Doubi graduated from the Solvay Business School in 1982 and worked after his studies at ADD-X Computers for 2 years (Apple/BM PC dealership) as sales executive.

Doubi is one of the founders of ABC Soft (a value added distributor of leisure software, games, and utilities).
